Kuma Auto Art LLC was officially started in May 2005 by Bjorn and Amanda Hansen to provide custom paint and airbrush art. Kuma Auto Art LLC is located in
Manitowoc, Wisconsin.
Bjorn does all of the custom paint and airbrushing for Kuma Auto Art LLC. Bjorn has spent his life working to be a professional artist. After years of learning on his own, Bjorn attended the Joe Kubert School of Cartooning and Graphic Art in Dover, NJ. He later attended Lakeshore Technical College in Cleveland, WI, where he earned his degree in Automotive Collision and Refinishing. In addition, Bjorn has also attended a number of airbrushing seminars including the Airbrush Action Getaway where he learned airbrush techniques from some of the best known airbrush artists in the country.
Bjorn has incorporated his artistic talent with automotive painting to offer custom painting and airbrushing for cars, motorcycles, helmets, golf clubs, and much more.
You can see some of the custom paint and airbrush art work Bjorn has done in the gallery.
What does 'Kuma' mean?
Why is there a panda bear?
Kuma means bear in Japanese. Bjorn means bear in Swedish. Since Bjorn is Asian and Scandinavian, the panda bear has become the Kuma Auto Art mascot.
